Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in the United States, is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for our Brampton, ON site. You will monitor and uphold quality across production, perform inspections, and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of GD&T,Blueprints, and quality standards, with a focus on reducing cost and lead-time while ensuring product conformance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality control experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• GD&T knowledge and application.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of ANSI, ASME, ASTM standards.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products using CMM according to quality system procedures.
• Inspect precision parts and assemblies to drawings and specs with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Document First Article Inspection clearly and accurately.
• Support New Part Validation, PPAP and Revalidation activities.
• Audit control plans and process conformance internally.
• Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and problem solving initiatives.
• Assist Quality Manager/Supervisor/Engineer on projects as assigned.
