Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or similar field.
• Knowledge of QA tools, methods and concepts.
• Lead by example with strong work ethic and safety awareness.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization and time management.
• Commitment to continual improvement and safe practices.
• Understand production and work orders.
• Knowledge of company policies and work instructions.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/bend.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document in-process and finished product to identify defects or issues.
• Conduct audits or inspections and report findings.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
• Address issues to uphold quality standards.
• Assist with training of team on quality processes.
• Make recommendations to improve production techniques for quality output.
• Build rapport and communicate with team to solve problems.
• Maintain integrity and focus on customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
