About the Role

As a QA Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of ensuring quality in our software products. You'll design and execute testing strategies, implement innovative tools (including AI-driven solutions), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline testing workflows, automate processes, and detect bugs efficiently.
• Develop, modify, and implement manual and automated testing procedures.
• Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and assess their impact on functionality and user experience.
• Document and report testing results, including actionable recommendations for resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance programs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Recommend improvements in usability, performance, and reliability based on testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience
• Experience : 3+ years in quality assurance / testing roles with a strong grasp of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• AI Skills : Familiarity with AI tools / platforms (e.g., OpenAI, ML models) to enhance testing processes.
• Technical Proficiency : Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and others.
• Automation Skills : Ability to develop automated tests to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Problem-Solving : Analytical skills to identify root causes and optimize software functionality.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to convey technical information effectively.
• Team Player : Collaborative and adaptable, with a commitment to driving results together.
