DHL Supply Chain in Bolton, Ontario is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to coordinate QA activities at the site level and serve as the QA contact for the site. You will lead audits, support ISO registration and regulatory compliance with agencies including FDA and Health Canada, and drive continuous improvement of the QA system.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing QA staff, tracking metrics, and delivering regular QA reports to management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Graduate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Certification related to quality control (RAC, Six-Sigma, etc.), preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment such as FDA - USA, Health Canada etc., required.
• 1 to 3 years of management and supervisory experience (preferably supervising/managing a quality system in a complex/matrix organization), preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all QA activities at the site level and support QA requests.
• Audit process to monitor the quality system and regulatory compliance.
• Support ISO registration and other compliance activities.
• Assist management in analyzing information to determine regulatory compliance.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the QA system.
• Provide support for regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.
• Hire, train and develop QA associates.
• Track QA metrics for the organization.
• Act as QA customer contact for issues and initiatives.
• Partner with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
• Read and interpret technical documents and regulations.
