Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a senior QA leader to drive testing strategy for AI/ML, analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end testing efforts across data, model, and integration layers, align with product owners and data scientists, and ensure quality governance throughout the release cycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software testing and QA with AI/ML testing leadership.
• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for AI, ML, analytics, and automation.
• Define and implement testing frameworks covering functional, data, model, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product owners to validate AI model accuracy and outcomes.
• Drive test automation, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness in Agile environments.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to QA teams while ensuring AI governance and quality standards.

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Define and implement testing frameworks covering functional, data, model, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate AI model accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Drive test automation, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness in Agile delivery environments.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to QA teams while ensuring compliance with enterprise quality standards and AI governance requirements.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
