Job summary

Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. in Granby, QC, seeks a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk. You will report to the Quality Supervisor and help monitor our quality management and continuous improvement activities.

The role involves supporting internal/external customers and suppliers, maintaining QA documentation, and collaborating with production to ensure compliance with customer specs. Training and calibration management are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma: College diploma or equivalent (or experience).
• Knowledge of plastics/rubber: An asset.
• Languages spoken: French and English; bilingual is a plus.
• Written language: French; English as an asset.
• Software knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with production personnel to perform follow-ups and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Participate in non-conformance processes with external partners.
• Participate in and/or lead problem-solving workshops.
• Review and maintain the production employee training system.
• Maintain product quality monitoring statistics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops.
• Participate in the new product validation process.
• Manage the calibration system.
