Job Description

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with engineers in the team, product manager and cross-functional teams (development, data science, product management) to understand requirements and test objectives for AI-driven features.

  • Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and detailed testing procedures focused on validating functionality, performance, and security of AI components.
  • Perform routine manual and possibly automated testing to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of AI functionalities.
  • Document and report any bugs, issues, or performance concerns, working closely with developers to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback to enhance testing practices and QA processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to build expertise in AI technologies and testing methodologies.

What do you need to succeed?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies; prior QA experience or related projects (e.g., internships, academic projects) are a plus but not required.
  • An interest in AI, machine learning, and digital innovation, with a desire to learn and develop technical skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early in the development cycle.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business domains.
  • Familiarity with common testing tools and practices is beneficial; training will be provided to help you ramp up on specific technologies and tools used within the team.
