The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.

  • Maintain and monitor quality registers and action logs, including audits, non‑conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action reports (CARs), opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, and quality training records.
  • Administer NCR and corrective action workflows by monitoring status, following up with responsible parties, reviewing closure evidence for completeness, and escalating overdue actions to the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Coordinate the review, revision, approval, issuance, and periodic update of QMS documents, procedures, forms, templates, and records in collaboration with process owners and Document Control.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report quality performance data, trends, and key performance indicators for monthly quality reports, dashboards, management review, and project leadership meetings.

  • Support quality orientation, awareness, and training activities for project personnel and subcontractors, including tracking attendance and maintaining training evidence.
  • Coordinate quality‑related activities and information with Quality Managers, construction, design, systems, environmental, procurement, document control, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support client, certification‑body, regulatory, and third‑party audits and assessments by coordinating documentation, evidence, logistics, responses, and action tracking.
  • Perform periodic reviews of quality records to confirm that they are complete, accurate, traceable, and retained in accordance with project requirements.
  • Support the administration and effective use of digital quality and document management systems, including SharePoint and other project quality platforms.
  • Promote quality awareness, process compliance, lessons learned, and continual improvement across the project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Experience You Will Bring

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management system principles. ISO 9001 internal auditor training or certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience coordinating audits, managing NCR and corrective action records, maintaining registers, and tracking actions through to closure.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and quality performance metrics for management review and project leadership.
