You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full time studies after term to be eligible, however, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for this role. You are a university student pursuing a Masters or MBA degree. Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science major is an asset, but not required. You have a strong knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Further clarity on the work location will be provided at the time of your interview. Please note all employees must work within their current jurisdiction and must reside within Canada. Duration of term: 4 months (January– April 2027). We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). You have experience in risk management or quality assurance. You bring 2-4 years of relevant experience in credit risk, compliance, or QA within financial services. You can demonstrate experience in credit adjudication/underwriting. It's an asset if you have knowledge of internal systems such as COINS, CLASS, M-MORTGAGE, LCMS, ECIF, SAVVY, TARGET, ICBS, and/or CRS. You’re detail-oriented and analytical. You excel at conducting thorough reviews, identifying gaps, and providing clear, actionable recommendations. It is an asset if you are Bilingual in English and French. You’re a collaborator. You build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and thrive in cross-functional team environments. You’re adaptable and organized. You effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results. You’re proactive in continuous improvement.
