Job summary

GoodMorning.com is seeking a Supply Chain Quality and Compliance Analyst to ensure quality and regulatory standards across the supply chain. You will audit materials, drive CAPA initiatives, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our network.

You will protect brand reputation, minimize operational risk, and ensure customers receive outstanding products. The role requires QA expertise, supplier oversight, and process improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Certifications in quality assurance methodologies such as ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes across the supply chain.
• Perform inspections, audits, and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and final goods as needed.
• Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformities.
• Report and monitor quality metrics related to supplier and product performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, certifications, and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure processes align with legal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Assess and approve new suppliers based on quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct vendor self assessment analysis to ensure adherence to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee management and resolution of customer complaints related to quality, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality or compliance issues.
• Identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance in the supply chain.
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and trends.
• Develop and revise quality policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Implement and maintain an up-to-date quality management system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Train internal teams and suppliers on quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality audits, tests, and corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting quality performance and compliance status.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
