Job summary

Computershare Canada invites applications for a permanent full-time Quadient Inspire Developer to join our Communications Services team in the Toronto area. You will develop and support systems that meet client needs, following standards across technical groups and using established frameworks.

Join a dynamic CCS team delivering integrated customer communications worldwide, with responsibilities spanning CCM solutions and interaction with multiple systems for print and electronic channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with document composition engines, like Quadient Inspire.
• Experience reviewing business requirements & technical specs to determine changes.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining CCM solutions that interact with systems for print and electronic communications.
• Performing unit testing and assisting Testing teams with system testing.
• Investigating technical issues with guidance from senior team members as needed.
• Preparing documentation for new or changed business, operational, or support procedures.
• Recording and updating assigned tasks using a work tracking tool and providing status updates.
• Providing on-call support as needed for issues outside normal hours, including CTS locations.
