Job summary

DATA Communications Management Corp. is seeking a Developer to build, test, and support data-driven output programs for clients across banking, utilities, insurance, and pension sectors.

You’ll work in a high-volume environment on Unix-based systems using C, C++, Python, and Java, with exposure to Quadient platforms and AI-assisted tools. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days on-site weekly at the Mississauga Vipond location, offering growth and hands-on experience across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related work experience encouraged for recent graduates.
• Experience programming in C, C++, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux command-line; COBOL and Perl a plus.
• Experience with Git and Agile development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support data-driven output programs for diverse clients.
• Draft design plans with team members to meet project goals.
• Test, deploy, and maintain programs in production with other units.
