NEW CONCEPT OPENING! We are looking for an experienced and passionate QSR General Manager to join our team.

• As a General Manager, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience.

To be successful as a restaurant general manager, you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should lead by example, both in how you interact with your team and how you support our guests.

You will also assume various responsibilities such as recruiting and hiring staff, training, overseeing food quality, creating and executing marketing strategies, developing menus, and supporting service. Below is a more detailed list of your expected duties.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
2. Deliver exceptional guest services.
3. Plan and update menus.
4. Develop and implement restaurant marketing strategies.
5. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
6. Organize and supervise shifts.
7. Manage and lead staff.
8. Develop hourly and salaried staff.
9. Hire and terminate employees when necessary.
10. Train and evaluate staff performance.
11. Manage food costs, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
12. Manage restaurant supplies, including smallwares.
13. Control costs and minimize waste.
14. Create and nurture a positive working environment.
15. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in customer service management.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
