  • Expert knowledge of strict Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards and the ability to apply them in inspection and part qualification.
  • Ability to interpret and work with CMM inspection reports to verify part compliance.
  • Deep, hands‑on proficiency with precision mechanical measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges.
  • Demonstrated ability to review supplier quality documentation and confidently make independent accept or reject decisions on FAAs.
  • Experience using ERP systems to manage quality data and documentation, with familiarity in NetSuite preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative organization skills to manage documentation, records, and quality workflows.
  • Effective cross‑functional communication skills to collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong focus on mechanical hardware.
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control practices in a mechanical manufacturing or hardware environment.
  • Experience in data entry and documentation within quality systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Familiarity with identifying and documenting Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting disposition activities.
