QA Professional

This role will be based in Mississauga, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Reviewing project management/engineering documents to ensure QA requirements are adequately identified and applicable procedures are followed.
• Assisting project staff with their QA inquiries.
• Providing support to the Non-Conformance and Corrective Action processes - maintaining a database of non-conformances and opportunities to improve. Maintaining regular reporting on quality performance; trending issues.
• Conducting audits and self-assessments and identifying conditions adverse to quality and opportunities for improvement. Participating in cause analysis when assigned.
• Other tasks as assigned by the project QA Manager.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering or Science.
• Familiarity with nuclear standards is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and execute the assigned tasks.

• Advanced computing skills and functionality with standard Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create macros in Excel is an asset.
