Primary Skills

• Payments systems testing - Swift Wires (Swift Alliance)
• Proven experience in automation testing
• Test Management, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Case preparation
• API testing
• Experience with manual testing (SIT and E2E Lead roles), API testing, and database testing
• Automation testing experience with UFT or Java (Selenium)
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (advantageous)
• Strong expertise in E2E testing methodologies
• Extensive experience in the Payments domain
• Leadership and mentoring skills for functional and automation delivery teams

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute detailed Test Strategies, Test Plans, and test cases for manual testing
2. Perform regression testing to identify software defects
3. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and user stories
4. Design and develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Java
5. Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks
6. Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation
8. Plan, design, and execute E2E test scenarios
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage
10. Lead and mentor a team of automation/manual test engineers
11. Ensure timely identification and resolution of defects
12. Manage SIT/E2E defect resolution and coordinate with vendor/application teams
