Job summary

Galaxie Brands is seeking a QA Label Technician to manage the Label Management Program, ensuring current templates and proofs, controlling inventory, and printing labels for production. You will work with QA, Compliance, Operations and Supply Chain to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Life Sciences background, strong data/IT skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a life science or regulated environment.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, QA, documentation control, labeling, or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day activities of the Label Management Program.
• Maintain label templates and documentation; ensure current versions are used.
• Archive obsolete labels and control label records.
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
