Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a QA leader to own and evolve the test strategy across sportsbook, casino, and platform initiatives, elevating quality standards.

You will partner with engineers, product managers and stakeholders to design risk-based test plans, shape testing early in discovery, and drive dashboards and KPIs to measure release health and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shape testing approaches early during discovery, planning, and refinement stages.
• Lead end-to-end quality efforts across sportsbook, casino, and platform initiatives.
• Champion a culture of quality, helping teams embed testing into everything they do.
• Drive collaboration with QA Leads and cross-functional teams across the business.
• Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure quality and release health.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks to boost speed, coverage, and confidence.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, bug triage, prioritization, and defect management.
• Balance delivery needs with technical excellence, player experience, and business priorities.
• Inspire teams through leadership, coaching, and a continuous improvement mindset.
