EIZIE is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer in Canada to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. You will plan tests, design test cases, and execute both manual and automated tests, while collaborating with developers and product teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

Ideal candidates have a 3+ year track record in QA, strong skills in Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Jira, Bugzilla, and programming with Java or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in QA or software testing with a track record of delivering quality software.
• Proficient in manual testing and automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiar with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and scripting (Java, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in cross-functional teams.

Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a proven track record of ensuring software quality.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in manual testing methodologies and techniques. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Java, Python).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address software defects and issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey testing results and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
