Pacer Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support Quality Operations, Quality Systems, and Compliance. The role focuses on document control, change control, CAPA, GMP data review, batch records, and audits in a food/pharma manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing quality unit, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure GMP compliance and QMS standards are met.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is required with relevant quality experience.
• Experience in GMP, quality systems, and documentation processes.
• Proven ability to manage deviations, investigations, CAPA, and audits.

Responsabilités

• Support quality incident programs including deviations, investigations, and supplier incidents.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external/client audits.
• Lead SOP changes and manage the change control process across departments.
• Support APR, metrics/scorecard reporting, and QSR activities.
• Monitor GMP compliance across all departments during daily operations.
• Assist with batch record reviews and release of materials and finished products.
