Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our branches and assisting in daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about the automotive industry and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
• Understanding customer needs and offering personalized solutions
• Highlighting our business model and sustainability benefits
• Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchases

Qualifications
