Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our branches and assisting in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about the automotive industry and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
• Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions
• Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits
• Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
• Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchases

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Previous call center experience (minimum 1 year)
