Job summary

Atlas Paws Inc. in Toronto invites a Full-time Front Desk / Pup Concierge to join our downtown team. You’ll split your day between reception, admin, and hands-on dog care, ensuring every guest and their parent feels welcome.

This hybrid role requires a calm, friendly demeanor, canine comfort, and strong communication. Shifts are mostly weekdays with potential overnights and weekends, in-person at our Spadina location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in reception, hospitality, or pet care.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Reliable and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and dogs; check-in/out; log notes; manage handovers.
• Answer phones and emails; maintain booking inbox.
• Assist with front-desk and floor duties as needed.
• Maintain lobby clean, organized, and on-brand.
