Job summary

STEP Energy Services is seeking a Pumping Services Operator to safely and efficiently operate pumping equipment. You will drive equipment to sites, monitor performance, and perform rig-up/rig-down for travel, while assisting with documentation and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver’s license required; experience preferred.
• Ability to perform hard manual labor.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive pumping equipment to and from sites safely.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper running of equipment.
• Perform rig-up and rig-down of equipment for travel.
• Carry out maintenance and routine servicing of pumping equipment.
• Maintain a safe work area by following policies and procedures.
• Assist in filling out and reviewing required documentation.

What You Will Do

The Pumping Services Operator will acquire knowledge and experience while safely and efficiently operating pumping equipment.

• Driving pumping equipment to and from sites safely.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper running of equipment.
• Perform rig-up and rig-down of all equipment for travel.
• Carryout maintenance and repair of pumping equipment including routine servicing of units.
• Maintain a safe work area or job site by following company policies, practices and procedures.
• Assist in filling out and review of required documentation.

What We Require

Related experience Class 1 driver’s license:

Required, applicants with Class 1 experience preferred.

Physical ability:

You will perform hard manual labor

Remote work:

Away on a 15/6 or 15/13 rotation working outdoors in all weather conditions
