Calfrac Well Services in Grande Prairie, Alberta, is seeking a Pump Shop Supervisor within the Maintenance Department to oversee the pump shop operations, fluid end repair and readiness testing, and to support field crews with safe, efficient maintenance.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and guided by the Fracturing and Coiled Tubing Supervisors, you will manage tool and parts readiness, operate Class 1 units, and mentor new hires while complying with HSE policies.
The Pump Shop Supervisor will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor, the Pump Shop Supervisor will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard, ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available, as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.

Class 1 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
5+ years of experience working in oilfield services and specific service line experience
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills would be beneficial to this position (Microsoft Word and Excel
Overhead crane certification will be an asset
