Job summary

Element Technical Services operates Essential Coil Well Service and is seeking Operators for the Fluid Pumping division in Grande Prairie and Red Deer. Duties include operating pumping equipment, driving, rigging, and ensuring safety during service work.

Candidates should hold a Class 1 license, H2S Alive and other certifications, and be willing to work extended periods away from home. The role offers signing bonuses, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, ODA, CSO preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical fitness assessment and drug screen.
• Able to work away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumping equipment to perform well servicing alongside continuous coiled tubing units.
• Drive specialized well services equipment to and from location.
• Rig in and out.
• Operate assigned equipment during treatment.
• Recognize equipment malfunctions and correct them as necessary.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain equipment to above industry standards.
• Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications.
• Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service, perform pre- and post- job equipment inspections.
• Blend or prepare chemicals for various job procedures.
• Operate with a safety-first mindset.

Essential Coil Well Service, a division of Element Technical Services, is currently looking for Operators in the Fluid Pumping division based out of our Grande Prairie and Red Deer locations.
