A leader in energy services in Canada is seeking a Pump Coordinator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of fluid repair and maintenance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in oilfield services, hold a Class 1 driver's license, and possess strong communication skills. This role involves coordinating repairs and assisting with training initiatives. Competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment are offered.
The Pump Coordinator will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor, the Pump Coordinator will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard, ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available, as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.

Class 1 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
5+ years of experience working in oilfield services and specific service line experience
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills would be beneficial to this position (Microsoft Word and Excel
Overhead crane certification will be an asset
Fork Lift Certificate will be an asset
