City of Coquitlam in British Columbia is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor for the Bylaw Services team. The role oversees day-to-day administrative operations of the public service counter, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and providing leadership to clerical staff.

The ideal candidate will have Grade 12, a valid BC driver's license, and experience with Amanda and Tempest applications, POS and cash handling, plus strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Supervise and assist clerical staff in the division.
• Review procedures and seek process efficiencies.
• Handle inquiries regarding bylaws and policies.
• Strong POS and cash handling knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the public service counter.
• Manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Train and direct staff on tasks and expectations.
• Ensure in-person, phone and email inquiries meet customer service standards.
