Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration; equivalencies considered.
  • Experience with budget monitoring and analysis.
  • Experience with financial management, reconciliations, and analysis.
  • Experience with financial management computer applications; experience with accounts payable and receivable processing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance of policies and financial controls regarding procurement, revenue and expenditures.
  • Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to the Departmental Controller.
  • Complete P-Card and banking reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis for programs and services delivered by Highway Operations Division.
