Education and Licensure
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Psychology from an accredited university
- Current registration in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
- Individual professional liability insurance required at the time of employment
Applied Experience
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
- Conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
- Providing evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
- Experience in developing and evaluating mental health programs is an asset
- Experience with workplace injuries is an asset
- Utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods is an asset

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in clinical documentation
- Capacity to manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated work ethics, integrity, reliability, maturity, and flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group treatments for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, somatic complaints, substance misuse, and interpersonal issues within the person's psycho-social context
- Develop new mental health program content tailored to various client groups
- Leverage innovative approaches to mental health service delivery, including digital therapeutics
- Apply assessment skills across various contexts, from pre-employment assessments to diagnostic evaluations
- Consult with mental health team members and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to in-house training and case discussions
- Participate in program outcome evaluations at provincial and national levels
