SE Health is launching a sponsored Personal Support Worker Training Program designed to prepare a new generation of PSWs. The program includes five weeks of paid PSW training at $19.05/hr, followed by part-time work in the community while continuing education.

The total program spans six months, with virtual learning and in-person skills labs, and essential certifications upon completion. Candidates should be caring, calm under pressure, and excellent communicators who can work well

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Training covers personal care activities, household management and general support.
• Willingness to travel and attend meetings, with a valid driver’s license.
