Job summary

CarePartners is seeking Personal Support Workers to support patients in Fort Erie and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety at home, and provide emotional support under supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or enrollment in a Nursing program.
• Current vulnerable sector check.
• Valid driver’s license (G or G2) and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and medication assistance.
• Promote a safe home environment with proper body mechanics and safety practices.
• Provide cognitive, social and emotional support to patients.
• Prepare nutritious meals per care plan and ensure proper food handling.
