THE ROLEUnder the supervision of the Health Promotion Manager, theAdministrative Assistant - PSP ensures the collection of necessarydocumentation and arrangement of topic briefings as required by thesupervisor in preparation for conferences, meetings, andappointments.
She/he provides administrative support such as dataentry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, correspondence,distribution and follow-up action.
She/he organizesmeetings, advises attendees, drafts and distributes agendas andminutes. She/he schedules and arranges appointments, meetings andtravel schedules.
She/he organizes event calendar.
Education,Certifications and Licenses
College diploma orcertificate in Business Administration, Accounting, OfficeAdministration or a related field AND some years experience inadministration or in a related field
Experience
In office administration and recordsmanagement
In making travel arrangements and travel claims
Ininvoice and order processing
In organizing meetings andschedules
In drafting and distributing correspondence
In thepreparation of reports
In maintaining web ready graphics anddesktop publishing
In using computer software applications for wordprocessing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, andInternet browsing
