Hiring Unit: Faculty of Law Course Number: PRV5 483 Course Title: Droit du consommateur Course Credits: 3 1 Instructor Term: Winter 2027 Course Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 1605-1725 (Student Affairs Office will contact you if there is a change to the date/time) Location: Chancellor Day Hall A comparative study of civil and common law and consumer protection law in Quebec and in Canada. Please note that this course will be allocated to a member using an exemption as per article 15.03.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement.

TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
