Job summary

OceanMD, a WELL Health Company, seeks a Program Account Manager, Provincial Programs, to coordinate delivery of provincial digital health initiatives, manage cross-functional documentation, and track commitments across teams. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Government Program Services and collaborate with the Senior Program Account Manager, ensuring alignment and timely execution. This full-time hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week and travel within Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, project delivery, business analysis, client delivery, account support, or a related role is required. Experience in healthcare technology, government programs, or complex stakeholder environments is an asset.
• Project coordination involves maintaining plans, tracking actions and deliverables, documenting decisions, monitoring dependencies and producing status updates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate complex details into concise summaries and practical recommendations.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management is essential.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or collaboration tools; Ocean Platform experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital health, provincial programs, government stakeholders, EMRs, HIS platforms, interoperability, or FHIR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support provincial program commitments, implementation plans, and client deliverables in coordination with the Senior Program Account Manager.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, decision records, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reports; follow up on owners to keep work moving.
• Gather and analyze information from Product, Integrations, Support, Education, Finance, Legal and other teams to prepare clear recommendations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and ensure timely stakeholder updates.
• Support reporting and governance by preparing client updates, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Identify risks/roadblocks, assess impact, and define next steps with Senior Program Account Manager and teams.
• Help improve program processes by developing templates, workflows, and documentation standards.
