Job summary

MedSleep Inc. is a fast-growing sleep-focused company seeking a Community Engagement Manager for the Greater Victoria area. This contract role covers maternity leave for 18 months and involves engaging physicians, NPs, RNs, RTs, MOAs, and discharge planners to ensure timely sleep testing access.

You will drive referrals, build partnerships with healthcare organizations and corporate clients, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to improve referral processes and grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, or provider relations within healthcare services.
• Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Confident in conducting educational sessions and one-on-one provider meetings.
• Ability to develop targeted outreach plans and drive measurable referral growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive referrals from physicians and related offices for sleep disorder diagnosis.
• Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, pharmacies, senior living communities, and home care agencies.
• Educate providers on the benefits of sleep medicine diagnostic services and referral processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referring providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
