Rockwell Automation is hiring a Prototype Assembler 3P for the 2nd shift in Cambridge, Ontario. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the production supervisor.

You will assemble multiple products using drawings, troubleshoot issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires high school education or GED and 2+ years related experience; mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow CSPs/DWIs.
• Experience with SAP, FTPC and Kronos helpful.
• 2+ years related production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire products per drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest design or process improvements.
• Log work order activities and quality data in FTPC.
• Maintain safety, 5S standards, and policy compliance.
• Support cross‑training and team guidance as needed.
• Part of continuous improvement initiatives including Lean/Six Sigma.
