We are looking for an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who naturally sees opportunities to simplify complex processes, improve assembly methods, and develop practical solutions that make manufacturing operations safer and more effective. If you're the type of engineer who can spot a better way to build a product, quickly sketch out a tooling concept, anticipate production challenges before they occur, and confidently collaborate with Production and R&D teams to implement improvements, you'll thrive in this hands-on manufacturing environment. You will work on-site in Kitchener and report to the Leader, Operations for AMR.
For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $70,320 - $105,000 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
