Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring a Protective Services Guard at our Calgary, Alberta locations to protect customers, staff and assets. You will identify theft and fraud, maintain a safe environment, greet customers, and document evidence with precise reports.

You must hold a valid AB Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement and demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and integrity; AST is a plus and multilingual ability is valued. Open availability is an asset.

Qualifications

• A valid AB Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions under difficult circumstances.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Valid Advanced Security Training/AST (asset).
• Fluency in a second language (asset).
• Open availability (asset).
