North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services in Timmins is seeking a Protection Support Worker to join the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team. Full-time Position in Timmins

As a member of the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team, the Protection Support Worker will provide preventative and protective intervention services to individuals, children and families. Job Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):

• A College Diploma in Human Services is required.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Candidates must possess a minimum G2 driver’s license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class driver’s license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.
