We are currently seeking a Proposal Specoialist to joinour Calgary Studio. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and editingskills, as well as a deep understanding of creating compelling proposals.

Job Summary

The Proposals Specialist plays a central role in preparingproposals and marketing materials to support business development efforts.Collaborating closely with the national marketing team, leadership, and designstaff, this role helps to position the firm for growth across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy + Collaboration

• Work withpartners, principals, and project teams to respond to RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs
• Contribute to thestrategic positioning of pursuits, including content planning and teamcoordination.

Content Development

• Develop,write, and design high-quality, competitive proposals in response to RFPs.
• Ensurecompliance, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across all submissions.
• Supportproposal strategy and content development, including project narrativesand team info.
• Maintainand update collateral databases (project profiles, CVs, narratives andother marketing materials).
• Conductbid research and support opportunity tracking.
• Assistwith peer reviews and other team initiatives as needed.

Coordination + Execution

• Coordinateproposal production, including gathering inputs from consultants andinternal teams, reviewing content, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Ensuredata accuracy in marketing databases and oversee quality control ofsubmissions.
• Ensureall work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, includingproper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, andcompliance with drawing and documentation protocols.

Team + Culture

• Participatein firm-wide marketing initiatives and brainstorming sessions
• Ableto work in a collaborative, in-office environment (100% in-office presencerequired to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functionalcoordination)

Qualifications

• Post-secondarydegree in marketing, communications, architecture, or related field
• 2–5years of relevant experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, ordesign industries
• Excellentwriting, editing, and organizational skills
• Proficientin Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and other graphic design tools
• Abilityto manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
