Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce customized, high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and presentations from concept to delivery
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, and operations teams to gather content and data
• Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project sheets, and company qualifications
• Ensure proposals are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and meet submission requirements
• Manage proposal timelines and submission schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in content writing and proofreading for marketing collateral when required
• Track and report on proposal outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a proposal coordination or marketing support role within the construction, engineering, or architecture industries
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is a must)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with a proactive and adaptable approach
