A leading forensic engineering firm in Canada is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support their Transportation and Safety team. The successful candidate will lead high-quality proposal preparations for public sector opportunities and manage the proposal development process. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, along with relevant experience in proposal development within engineering consulting.

Purpose :
The Proposal Coordinator will support the firm (and in particular our Transportation and Safety team) by leading the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for public sector opportunities, including municipal clients, provincial and federal ministries, and transit agencies. Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, and working closely with the Vice President, Transportation & Safety, this role ensures timely and accurate responses by managing the proposal development process, facilitating communication among internal teams and external partners, and maintaining proposal databases. The Proposal Coordinator will contribute to the growth of our transportation and safety initiatives by delivering compelling and compliant proposals
