The Opportunity
Dillon Consulting is seeking motivated candidates to fill several positions for a Proposal Coordinator within our Business Development and Sales (BDAS) group. This addition is part of an exciting new approach to managing our proposal sales operations.
As a key member of our Proposal and Sales Team , you will work closely with Business Units and technical experts to create impactful proposal submissions. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of proposal submission, content generation using Dillon’s proposal management software, and guiding technical staff through our proposal processes. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys collaboration across teams.
