Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong relationships with all departments to support property operations and goals.
• Monitors and reports on guest issues and service performance.
• Oversees guest relations and ensures guest satisfaction throughout the property.
