Job summary

Wesley Living is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our senior-living communities, including St. Matthew Manor and St. Matthew Manor - West.

You will lead teams, ensure a engaging environment for residents and staff, and report to leadership while upholding our core values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful experience in management or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or higher required; certifications in field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face.
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and HUD online systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of independent senior-living communities (St. Matthew Manor and St. Matthew Manor - West).
• Maintain a pleasant and engaging environment for staff and residents.
• Lead staff and coordinate with multiple sites to ensure service quality.

Full-time | 40 hours per week | $36,000
