Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Property Management Associate who is a fully licensed real estate agent to support our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, setting up lockboxes, and preparing properties for move-in across the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Set up lockboxes and access arrangements for property viewings and tenant move-ins.
  • Oversee the preparation of properties for new tenants, including quality checks.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and maintenance teams as needed.
  • Provide detailed reports on property conditions and any required follow-ups.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous experience for clients and tenants.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fully licensed real estate agent (RECO-licensed).
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to commute throughout the GTA.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify property issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
