About The Role

As a CBRE Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of various departmental and financial activities.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

What You’ll Do
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Verify the accuracy and currency of management and leasing contract data.
  • Review data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate laws, and guidelines.
  • Communicate best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Participate in internal audit processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational compliance.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve complex issues, potentially recommending new techniques.
  • Impact team performance and interrelated activities.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
What You’ll Need
