Qualifications

• Trade Program Certification highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, and safety requirements.
• Must live within 49 km of the assigned property.
• Reliable transportation due to on-call requirement.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Experience with maintenance equipment and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist with inventory monitoring of equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
• Help adhere to budget guidelines and preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and building systems.
• Assist in move-in/move-out processes and turnover events.
• Maintain records and assist in office and common area upkeep.
