Job summary

Armco is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day upkeep of our property and assist with apartment turnovers. You will perform maintenance in interior and exterior common areas, while ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or general labor preferred.
• Good physical condition suitable for manual work.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of interior and exterior common areas.
• Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Manage garbage and recycling.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Move and install equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Respond to basic resident service requests.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
